Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting high-performing sales teams? Do you enjoy coordinating processes, managing critical sales administration activities, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience?
We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our sales function by managing renewals, coordinating licensing processes, maintaining sales documentation, and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day sales operations.
Who you are
Responsibilities:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team</li>
<li>Prepare and manage renewal quotes for existing customers in a timely and accurate manner&nbsp;</li>
<li>Track upcoming renewals and proactively ensure deadlines are met&nbsp;</li>
<li>Liaise with account managers and customers to facilitate smooth renewal processes</li>
<li>Create, update, and manage quotes, orders, and sales documentation&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure all sales data is accurately maintained in CRM systems&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support contract administration, including documentation and filing</li>
<li>Act as a central point of coordination between sales, finance, and operations</li>
<li>Help maintain and improve sales processes and workflows</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with internal policies and commercial guidelines</li>
<li>Support reporting on sales activity, renewals, and pipeline where required</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in an Administrative role is required, whilst experience in Sales and/or Sales Administration is desirable</li>
<li>Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail</li>
<li>Proficiency in CRM systems and Google Suite</li>
<li>Strong communication skills (written and verbal)</li>
<li>Experience working in a technology or SaaS business is a plus</li>
<li>Strong stakeholder coordination skills</li>
<li>Proactive and self-managing</li>
