Overview

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting high-performing sales teams? Do you enjoy coordinating processes, managing critical sales administration activities, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience?

We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our sales function by managing renewals, coordinating licensing processes, maintaining sales documentation, and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day sales operations.

Who you are

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
  • Prepare and manage renewal quotes for existing customers in a timely and accurate manner 
  • Track upcoming renewals and proactively ensure deadlines are met 
  • Liaise with account managers and customers to facilitate smooth renewal processes
  • Create, update, and manage quotes, orders, and sales documentation 
  • Ensure all sales data is accurately maintained in CRM systems 
  • Support contract administration, including documentation and filing
  • Act as a central point of coordination between sales, finance, and operations
  • Help maintain and improve sales processes and workflows
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and commercial guidelines
  • Support reporting on sales activity, renewals, and pipeline where required

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an Administrative role is required, whilst experience in Sales and/or Sales Administration is desirable
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Google Suite
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience working in a technology or SaaS business is a plus
  • Strong stakeholder coordination skills
  • Proactive and self-managing
