  • Experience using CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot) and lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.)
  • Knowledge of lead management processes (lead scoring, nurturing, pipeline acceleration)

  • Excellent research and analytical skills (market sizing, competitive analysis, data validation)
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English (Greek language skills are an asset)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and with regional sales teams.
  • Experience working across multiple geographies (Malta, Cyprus, Greece) is a plus.

What You’ll Do

  • Research target markets and industries, and identify opportunities for expansion
  • Map decision-makers of the business, gather and enrich accurate contact details (LinkedIn, email, phone)
  • Pre-qualify leads based on business potential, compliance and readiness for engagement
  • Provide Sales & BD teams with lead lists and insights for targeted outreach
  • Generate sales leads through cold calling, digital outreach inbound campaigns, ABM, and partner channels.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of marketing qualified leads (MQLs) aligned with quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align on messaging, create compelling regional content, and support webinars, events, and conferences.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and regulatory drivers (e.g., DORA) to craft relevant outreach.
  • Ensure CRM data quality and timely follow-up on inbound leads.

Success Metrics (What Good Looks Like)

  • Consistently generate and deliver qualified leads (SQLs) to the Sales team.
  • Achieve agreed monthly/quarterly targets for new leads and booked meetings.
  • Maintain strong lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.
